 We would like to thank you for shopping at Olivro J and adding our handbag to your wardrobe. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our product, we would like to shed some light on our return policy.

  • Cancellation of order

We do not mention returns as we offer customized products that are carefully curated to suit your tastes and preferences.

  • Conditions to replace
  1. Defective product-

If you receive a defective product, please email the problem with a brief description supporting a picture and a video of the handbag within 24 hours. We'll carefully introspect the issue and come forward with a solution. Though, it is always recommended to shoot a video while opening the package beforehand.

  1. Wrong item-

If for some reason you receive the wrong item, and it wasn't the one you placed an order for, we will arrange a replacement from our side.

  1. Lost and damaged items-

If by any means your placed order got lost/damaged from our courier service we'll attentively look into the matter.
